CABBAGE SOUP 
3 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 shredded cabbage
1 lg. potato, grated
1 1/2 to 2 c. water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
Salt
Pepper
Paprika

Cook 25-30 minutes in soup pot. Just before serving, add 2 cups milk and 4-6 ounces of shredded Swiss cheese. Heat through. Good with a crusty bread and fresh fruit.
