1 sm. can pimentos, chopped 1 can LeSeur peas 1 can French style green beans 1 can Chinese chop suey vegetables 1 can water chestnuts, sliced 3 carrots, grated 2 or 3 sm. onions, chopped 1/2 c. celery, chopped 3/4 c. sugar 3/4 c. vinegar Drain all vegetables thoroughly and mix together. Dissolve sugar in vinegar and pour over the vegetables. Put in tightly covered container and chill for 24 hours. Can be kept in refrigerator and keeps well. Past Member |
