APRICOT DESSERT 
1 pkg. apricot Jello
1 c. vanilla ice cream
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 (4 3/4 oz.) jar strained apricots with tapioca (baby food)

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add ice cream by spoonsful, stirring until blended and smooth. Fold in apricots and pour into dessert dishes. Chill until set, about 1 hour.
