PRALINE GRAHAMS 
1 pkg. graham crackers (1/3 of a 16 oz. box)
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Separate each graham cracker into four sections. Arrange in a jelly roll pan with edges touching. Melt butter in a saucepan; stir in sugar and pecans, bring to a boil; cook three minutes, stirring frequently. Spread mixture evenly over graham crackers. Bake at 300 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Be sure to line jelly roll pan with foil or cookies will stick to pan. Yield: 3 1/2 dozen.
