CORN PORK CHOPS 
1 can cream style corn
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 1/2 slices hard bread, grated
1/2 c. milk
Butter (about 1 tbsp.)
Salt & pepper to taste
2 eggs
4 pork chops or pork steaks

Brown pork chops. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Mix above ingredients together and pour over pork chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
