RED DEVIL'S FOOD CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tbsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2/3 c. salad oil
1 tsp. red cake coloring
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 c. hot black coffee

Sift dry ingredients into bowl. Add milk, salad oil, red cake coloring, vanilla, egg and beat 2 minutes. Add hot coffee and mix well. Pour into oblong cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
