RED CABBAGE SALAD 
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. chopped pimiento
1 tsp. instant minced onion
3 tbsp. salad oil
1/3 c. wine vinegar
4 c. finely shredded red cabbage

In large bowl, place all ingredients in order listed and mix well. Cover. Refrigerate at least 3 hours. To serve, drain cabbage. Serves 6.
