BROILED PARMESAN POTATOES 
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. crushed basil
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 med. potatoes, sliced about 1/4 inch thick
1/4 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese

Stir together butter, basil, paprika, garlic powder and pepper. Place potato slices in a single layer on unheated rack of broiler pan. Brush butter mixture over both sides of potato. Broil about 5 inches from heat for 8 to 9 minutes. Turn potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil 4 to 6 minutes more or until potatoes are tender.
