BAKED BANANAS AND SWEET POTATOES 
1 1/2 lb. sweet potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/3 - 1/2 c. warm milk
4 tsp. butter
3 bananas
12 marshmallows, cut in pieces
1/3 c. brown sugar

Cook, peel and mash sweet potatoes; add salt, 2 tablespoons butter and enough milk to make light and fluffy. Spread on bottom of baking dish. Slice bananas and place on top of sweet potatoes. Dot with marshmallows. Sprinkle with brown sugar and remaining butter (melted). Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
