CHICKEN ON SUNDAY | |
1 box minute rice 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 env. dry onion soup mix 1 frying chicken, cut up 1/2 c. milk Grease large 9 x 13 inch baking dish and sprinkle box of rice over bottom. Heat the canned soups with milk, stirring until well blended, and then pour over the rice. Lay the pieces of chicken over the soup and sprinkle with the dry onion soup mix. Seal pan with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours and 15 minutes. |
