BEEF BARLEY SOUP | |
6 c. water 1 c. med. barley 2 stalks celery 1 1/2 tbsp. minced parsley 2 tsp. salt 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes 1 lb. ground beef 1 carrot, sliced 1 onion 1/4 tsp. pepper Cook meat. Put vegetables and spices in water and cook until done. Add meat and barley and cook until done. |
