BEEF TACO SALAD 
2 sm. heads lettuce, chopped
1 3/4 c. grated cheese
6 sliced green onions
11 oz. pkg. Fritos, narrow ones
3 fresh tomatoes, cut into wedges (canned, whole drained may be used)
2 lb. hamburger
Taco sauce

Mix first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Brown ground beef in skillet. Pour off fat. Add 3/4 cup taco sauce (two 4 oz. cans) and 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce. Simmer taco sauce and tomato sauce 5 minutes. Pour over meat. Mix and pour over lettuce and onions and grated cheese. Add Fritos, toss, and serve at once.
