BELGIUM DELIGHT 
1/2 lb. crushed vanilla wafers
3/4 c. butter
1 lb. box confectioners' sugar
4-5 tbsp. rum whiskey (opt.)
2 whole eggs, beaten
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 (2 lb.) can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. nuts

Line buttered casserole dish with wafers. Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and whiskey. Pour over wafers. Whip cream and pour over mixture. Dot mixture with pineapple, cover with nuts. Sprinkle top with crushed wafers. Chill 24 hours in refrigerator.
