PECAN TASSIES 
1 1/2 c. butter
4 1/2 oz. cream cheese
3 c. flour

FILLING:

3 eggs
2 1/4 c. brown sugar
Salt
3 tbsp. butter
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. crushed walnuts (chopped) or use pecans

Cream butter, cream cheese and flour together. Roll into walnut size balls and put into tassie muffin pans. Press ball out in pan to form a small cup. Fill bottom of cookie shell with chopped nuts (1/2 full) then fill remainder of cup with mixture for filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce oven temperature to 250 degrees and bake for 10 minutes more.
