PECAN TASSIES 
1 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 3/4 c. flour
3 eggs
2 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter (softened)
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Cream 1 cup butter and cream cheese. Mix in flour and chill. Combine eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla. Mix with a whisk and set aside. Form dough into shells in a petite muffin tin. Place some pecans in the cup and fill with egg mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
