MOM'S LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 lb. sausage (Italian or reg.)
1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce
1 med. onion
1 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. sugar
1 lb. Lasagna noodles
2 lbs. Mozzarella cheese
1 lb. Provolone cheese

Brown ground beef and Italian sausage and diced onion, then combine with spaghetti sauce, oregano, and sugar. Simmer for 1/2 hour.

Cook noodles unsalted in water. When done, layer in large rectangular pan. Put in layer of noodles, cheese and layer of sauce. Do this until pan is full. Alternate the two cheeses. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
