POPPY SEED BREAD | |
1 box yellow cake mix (without pudding) 1 (3 1/2 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding 1/2 c. oil 4 eggs (egg substitute may be used) 3/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. hot water 1/4 c. poppy seeds Blend on low all ingredients until well blended. Beat well for 2 minutes. Pour into 2 medium sized, greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. (When toothpick inserted in center comes out clean) cool in pans on racks for 15 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely on racks. |
