KRUMKAKE 
3 well beaten eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. flavoring (lemon, almond, sherry, vanilla)

Add sugar to eggs and beat well. Melt butter and add to mixture, then add flour and flavoring. Heat iron over low heat, brush with melted butter (Pam also works). Pour 1 tablespoon of batter into iron. Cook until lightly brown on one side and turn over. Remove with fork and roll over cylinder form. Can be pinched at one end while warm, then filled with fruit and whipped cream. Serve immediately.
