OLD-FASHIONED TURKEY DRESSING 
2 cornbreads made in 8" cake pan
1 c. apples
1 c. celery
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts, pecans OR walnuts
2 tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 c. black olives, chopped

Boil turkey neck and giblets. Shred and chop. Crumble cornbread and add turkey broth slow until thick. Add rest of ingredients and stir and let simmer on low until all blended in and stuff the turkey. Feeds 20.
