GREEK ITALIAN SALAD 
red onion
green pepper
cherry tomato (about 10)
Feta cheese
8 pitted olives, chopped
stale bread or French stick
salt
black pepper
olive oil
fresh basil (about 10 leaves), roughly chopped

Peel and slice red onions, separate rings then cut in half. Remove core and seeds from pepper. Slice cherry tomatoes in half. Mix onions, peppers, chopped olives, tomatoes, basil together in a bowl. Tear bread coarsely and crumble the Feta cheese; add and toss with olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper before serving.
