1 box Nilla Wafers
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 eggs, room temperature
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling

Combine all ingredients, but Nilla Wafers and pie filling. Beat at high speed for 5 minutes. Line cupcake pans with liners. Place 1 Nilla Wafer in bottom of each liner. Fill cups 2/3 full with cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool and top with pie filling. Refrigerate. Yield 20.
