MASHED POTATOES AND SPINACH | |
Boil 4 or 5 potatoes until done. Mash but do not add milk or butter. Cook box of frozen spinach until done, and drain. Saute a piece of garlic, cut fine, in a little bit of oil. Add salt and parsley until slightly brown. Save spinach water. Blend potatoes and spinach in frying pan. If too dry, add 1 tablespoon spinach juice. Heat until really hot, and serve. |
