BREAKFAST DISH 
1 (8 oz.) crescent rolls or Italian flavored dinner rolls
1 layer of ham, about 5-6 slices, deli style precooked sliced
2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded or Monterey Jack cheese (8 oz.)
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Separate dough into 2 large rectangles. Place in ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Press over bottom and 1/2 inch up sides to form crust. Seal perforation. Place slices ham over crescent rolls. Sprinkle with cheese. Pour egg mixture over cheese. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Refrigerate leftovers.
