WILD RICE & MUSHROOMS 
6 oz. pkg. long grain & wild rice
1 1/4 c. water
1 can condensed beef broth
1 sm. onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
4 tbsp. butter

Prepare rice as directed on package, using broth and water for liquid. Cook onions and celery until tender in butter. Add to rice along with drained mushrooms. Cook until liquid is absorbed.
