YELLOW RICE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. yellow rice, cooked as directed
Chopped onion, cook in rice
1 can Mexicorn, drained
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 can Rotel tomatoes

Mix all but cheese. Put into casserole dish and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated.
