SPINACH-BACON TOSS 
1/2 c. salad oil
1/3 c. sugar
1 sm. onion, quartered
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seed
6 slices bacon
6 c. torn spinach
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped

To make dressing, in a blender container, combine oil, sugar, onion, vinegar, mustard and celery seed. Cover and blend until smooth. Cover and chill.

In a skillet, fry bacon until crisp; drain and crumble. In a large salad bowl, combine spinach, mushrooms, eggs and bacon; pour dressing over salad. Toss lightly. Makes 4 servings.
