CHEESY HASH BROWNS | |
1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 1/4 sticks melted butter 1 c. sour cream 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 2 tsp. salt and pepper 1 sm. onion 2 lbs. frozen hash browns 1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed Melt 1 stick butter. Add soup, sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper and onion. Stir in frozen hash browns. Pat into 9x12 pan. Mix 1/4 cup butter, melted, and 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes (if butter is too runny add more corn flakes). Sprinkle over hash browns. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
