OVEN BARBECUED CHICKEN 
3 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp. water
1 tsp. paprika
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. red pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken

Mix all ingredients. Dip chicken in sauce. Bake covered in aluminum foil at 500 degrees for the first 15 minutes and 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove cover so chicken can brown, and cook uncovered for 15 minutes more.
