CHEESY PORK CHOPS 
4 (1" thick) pork chops
Salt & pepper
1 lg. onion, cut in 4 slices
1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. mayonnaise
1/4-1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Sprinkle pork chops lightly with salt and pepper; place in a lightly greased 12"x8"x2" baking dish. Top each chop with an onion slice; spread each onion with 1 teaspoon mayonnaise. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until chops are tender. Yield: 4 servings.
