ITALIAN PORK CHOPS | |
Thinly sliced, peeled potatoes Pork chops Fresh garlic, sliced Canned tomatoes (broken up), undrained Parmesan cheese Place potatoes in greased casserole dish. Top with chops. Lightly salt and pepper. Place a few slices of garlic on each chop. Pour broken up tomatoes, with juice, on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, covered. Uncover and sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 15 more minutes. NOTE: Quantity of ingredients depends on number of people being served. |
