ITALIAN PORK CHOPS 
Thinly sliced, peeled potatoes
Pork chops
Fresh garlic, sliced
Canned tomatoes (broken up), undrained
Parmesan cheese

Place potatoes in greased casserole dish. Top with chops. Lightly salt and pepper. Place a few slices of garlic on each chop. Pour broken up tomatoes, with juice, on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, covered. Uncover and sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 15 more minutes. NOTE: Quantity of ingredients depends on number of people being served.
