GINGER SNAP COOKIES 
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 egg, beaten
4 tsp. molasses
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon

Cream all together and place in refrigerator for 1 hour. Roll in small balls and roll in sugar. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
