TAHITIAN HAM LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. smoked ham
1/2 lb. fresh pork 2/3 c. cracker crumbs (15)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. milk
1 beaten egg
Dash of pepper
8 pieces pineapple, drained
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. pineapple syrup
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard

Combine first 7 ingredients; shape into 10 patties (size of pineapple slice). In a shallow baking dish, line up a row of patties and pineapple slices, ending with a pattie on each side. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.

Combine remaining ingredients for glaze. Pour over roll and continue baking 1 hour, basting. Serve with rice.
