MAPLE COUNTRY RIBS 
3 lb. country-style pork ribs
1 c. pure maple syrup
1/2 c. applesauce
1/4 c. catsup
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Place ribs in large kettle or Dutch oven. Cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain. Place ribs in greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan.

Combine remaining ingredients. Pour half over ribs.

Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender, basting often with remaining sauce.

Yield: 4 servings.
