MAPLE COUNTRY PORK RIBS 
3 lb. country style pork ribs
1 c. pure maple syrup
1/2 c. applesauce
1/4 c. ketchup
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. each: salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and ground cinnamon

Place ribs in a large Dutch oven. Cover with water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes. Drain and place ribs in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Combine remaining ingredients; pour half over the ribs.

Bake, uncovered, at 325°F for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender, basting often with the remaining sauce.
