COUNTRY STYLE STEAK 
2 lb. cube steak, round steak can be used
Flour, to roll in
Pepper
Salt
1/2 c. Wesson oil
2-3 c. water

Salt and pepper steak. Roll in flour, brown in frying pan with the Wesson oil. Take out and place in slow cooker with water and cook until tender. Serve.
