ITALIAN CHICKEN BREASTS 
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 bottle of your favorite Italian dressing
Bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese

Pound the chicken with a meat tenderizer (mallet). Marinate overnight in the dressing.

Next day: Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Make enough of this mixture to cover all breasts well. Remove chicken from marinade and dip and coat with crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
