NUT GOODIE BARS | |
LAYER 1: 1 c. chocolate chips 1 c. butterscotch chips 1 c. peanut butter Melt all and put half of this mixture in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Put in the refrigerator to set and save out the other half. LAYER 2: Melt 1 stick of butter and add 1/4 cup of milk and 2 tablespoons vanilla pudding (not instant). Bring to a simmer. Remove from heat. Add 3 cups of powdered sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of maple flavoring. Spread on top of Layer 1. Refrigerate until set. LAYER 3: Add 1 cup Spanish peanuts to the remaining chocolate mixture. Pour over Layer 2. Refrigerate until set and enjoy. |
