CHOCOLATE BUTTERSCOTCH BARS OR
NUT GOODIES
 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) butterscotch chips
1 c. peanut butter
1 (10 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 (10 1/2 oz.) or 2 c. blanched salted peanuts

Melt first 3 ingredients in large pan over low heat. Stir until melted. Remove from heat and add marshmallows and peanuts, folding together until all are coated. Spread in ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Refrigerate for 10 minutes and cut.
