1 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter (plain)
1 pkg. (12 oz.) butterscotch chips
1 lg. pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 c. chopped nuts

Melt together chocolate, butterscotch chips and peanut butter. Let cool. Add marshmallows and nuts. Spread in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan and refrigerate. Then cut into bars.
