NUT GOODIE BARS 
FIRST PART:

1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
2 c. peanut butter
2 c. salted cocktail peanuts

SECOND PART (FILLING) :

1 c. butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 box dry vanilla pudding (not instant)

SECOND PART: Mix in saucepan. Boil 1 minute.

Melt together the first part and pour 1/2 in large jelly roll pan; refrigerate while making filling. Mix in saucepan the second part and boil 1 minute. Add 2 pounds powdered sugar and 1/2 teaspoon maple flavoring. Spread on top of chocolate mixture and then add rest of chocolate on top.
