STRAWBERRY JELLO SALAD 
1 pkg. (6 oz.) strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 pkgs. frozen strawberries
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 sm. container sour cream
2 or 3 bananas, sliced in rounds
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)

Dissolve Jello in boiling water and add frozen strawberries and stir until thawed. Add pineapple and bananas. Pour half of mixture into 9x13 inch pan and chill until set.

Spread sour cream over the top and let set in refrigerator for 5 minutes. Then carefully pour remaining mixture on top. Chill until firm.
