PUMPKIN NUT BREAD 
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
1 c. pumpkin (canned or fresh)
2/3 c. water
1 c. chopped pecans

Beat first 6 ingredients together, mix next 4 together and add nuts. Put into 3 (1 pound) coffee cans which have been greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with butter or cream cheese.
