SHRIMP AND GREEN NOODLES 
1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. spinach noodles
2 lb. shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
1 tbsp. chopped chives
4 tbsp. dry sherry
4 tbsp. dry sherry
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Cook noodles as directed on package. Line a casserole with noodles and make into a nest.

In a large frying pan saute the shrimp in 1/2 cup butter and 2 garlic buds until pink and tender, about 5 minutes. Cover noodles with shrimp.

Combine soup, sour cream, mayonnaise and chives; add mustard and sherry. Pour sauce over shrimp and sprinkle Cheddar cheese over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until cheese has melted and bubbly. Serves 6.
