BUFFALO CHIPS (Serves 50) 
1 c. butter, butter
1 c. Crisco
2 c. brown sugar, packed
2 c. granulated white sugar
2 c. oats
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
Dash salt
4 c. all-purpose flour
4 c. cereal (Total, cornflakes)
2 c. chocolate chips
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans

Cream together butter, Crisco and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees on ungreased cookie sheet for 15 minutes.
