1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 lb. sausage 2 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. red pepper 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into chunks Rye bread Brown ground beef and sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly. Drain. Add seasonings and cheese, mixing well. Cook over low heat until cheese melts. Serve on rye bread. Yields 10 servings. |
