BAKED SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
Family pack chicken drumsticks
1 bottle Russian dressing
1 jar apricot preserves
Few onion bits
2-3 tsp. chicken bouillon granules or cubes

Flour the chicken; brown in oil in a frying pan. Drain on paper towels. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, heat together Russian dressing, preserves, onion bits and bouillon. Place chicken in a 13 x 9 inch pan lined with foil. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
