PINEAPPLE PUDDING CAKE 
2 c. yellow cake mix
1 egg
2/3 c. water
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 c. milk
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
Whipped cream or Cool Whip

Mix cake mix, eggs and water. Bake and cool in 9 x 13 inch pan. NOTE: First layer is exactly 1/2 Duncan Hines mix (not all mixes are same amounts of ingredients.

Mix until creamy the cream cheese, milk, and pudding; spread on cake layer. Spread pineapple over pudding layer. Next cover with whip cream or Cool Whip.
