PINEAPPLE PUDDING CAKE 
9 x 13 pan

1 (9 oz.) Jiffy cake mix (1 layer cake mix)
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 1/2 pt. heavy cream (whipped)
2 c. milk

Bake cake. Cool 15 minutes. Mix cream cheese with milk of pudding mix required, then add pudding mix. Spread on top of cake. Sprinkle drained pineapple on top. Then top with real whipped cream. (Refrigerate overnight.)

Serves 10 to 12.
