PINEAPPLE PUDDING CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 container Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 can crushed pineapple, drained

Mix box cake according to directions. Put mixture in a 12 x 18 inch cookie sheet (sprayed with Pam) and bake about 20 minutes. Cool. Mix instant vanilla pudding according to directions and add the softened cream cheese. Spread on top of cake. When cool, spread the drained crushed pineapple on top of pudding mixture. Spread Cool Whip over the pineapple. Keep refrigerated.
