GEORGIA PECAN PIE 
3 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. dark corn syrup
1 c. pecan halves
1 recipe plain pastry

Beat eggs with sugar, salt, butter and syrup. Add pecans. Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between outside and center of filling comes out clean.

For chocolate pecan pie, add 1 tablespoon cocoa to mixture.
